Compassionate
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in Portland, Maine.

Offering in-person, depth-oriented therapy to adults, couples and families in Portland + virtual sessions throughout Maine.

I specialize in working with relationships and interpersonal issues, as well as attachment & complex trauma.

I offer weekly and twice-weekly relational psychotherapy for adults & teens in my Portland, Maine office (in-person or via Zoom/telehealth).

Many of my clients arrive to counseling seeking a deeper sense of connection and ease—with themselves or their relationships. This might encompass social anxiety, loneliness, overwhelm, or questions around gender & sexuality. Others are stuck repeating old patterns, are unable to stay present, or just feel something is "off." I view the therapeutic relationship as a space for both challenge and safety; to better understand the experiences that shape us and, gradually, move toward a greater sense of aliveness and joy.
